Lunar Page’s “Basic Hosting Plan” is very impressive and comes with an abundance of tools and options that will fill the need of virtually any small business or personal site. They offer 350GB of hard drive space along with 3,500GB of bandwidth. (note this is on their cheapest plan) The numbers alone there are impressive, most hosts can’t even hold a candle to space and bandwidth like that. The plan also comes with 10 add-on domains, unlimited parked domains and unlimited sub domains. Unlimited FTP accounts and unlimited MySQL databases are also part of the plan. Email isn’t a problem either, with their unlimited email accounts, email forwarding, and email auto responders, a mailing list is also included to help organize and send emails. The plan is e-commerce ready with a variety of shopping carts and password protected directories as well as encryptions. If media is your thing, the package includes that as well. Your site will support streaming Video, streaming audio, Real media, Flash, Shockwave, and MIDI. Lunar Pages also offers larger packages to suit any client, but their starter package is by far more than enough for most users out there.
Their control panel is user friendly and after about an hour of playing around with it becomes virtually second nature to use. Service and Support:
Lunar Pages offers various forms of 24/7 support. They offer a lot of resources right on their site, such as an online community where users discuss issues and ideas, email ticket system, a knowledge base, a glossary, an in depth FAQ page, and an online tutorial section. They also offer a tech line which is also accessible 24/7 and a copy of the control panel manual is also available.
I’ve called them on 3 separate occasions and their staff has always been skilled, professional, and courteous. My first 2 calls were answered in less than a minute, and my 3rd call took about 15 minutes. Since the first 2 experiences had been phenomenal, I will give them the benefit of the doubt on that 3rd call. I also like the fact that you speak to an actual technician and not a machine which simply gives out automated responses which may or may not help.
Reliability wise, their servers are rock solid and I have no complaints in that respect.

Conclusions:
- Pros – 350GB of storage and 3,500GB of bandwidth is almost absurd, free Coffee Cup software with long term plans, ton of features many of which are unlimited, 24/7 professional customer support, established company which has been around the proverbial block. They are the proprietors of their own servers, you are don’t need to wonder if you are buying from a reseller. Incredibly server stability and reliability, low price for unbelievable value.
- Cons – that one call took a while to get answered, Coffee Cup software not available if you don’t sign for 12 months or more. 3 month is minimum commitment. Without long term plan price goes up by $3 on basic plan
- Other Thoughts – I’d give them a 4/5 if you are looking for short term hosting (i.e. less than 3 months) great service, but the price goes up considerably. If you are planning to stay with Lunar Pages for 12 months +, then bump that up to a 5/5 due to their incredible service and offers. In any case, Lunar Pages is an excellent choice for anyone and everyone looking for a webhost.
As a consumer and a web manager, I know how important service and support is in today’s world. My customer expect grade A service from me, so why should I expect any less from my host? Lunar Pages provides me with everything I need, a stable and reliable server, generous storage space and bandwidth, high speeds, and then a boatload of free software to keep my site new and up to date. They do it all for a modest price too. Lunar Page’s customer support is also fantastic. Their online community has been immeasurably helpful, and in the rare event that they cannot answer my questions, Lunar Planet’s technicians have never failed me in over 2 years. I own a small website that I operate in my free time. With Lunar Pages, I don’t have to worry about my site ever crashing or most of the problems facing other websites. My site simply works. Lunar Page’s superb reliability is without a doubt their biggest asset, only perhaps seconded by their service. I’ve never encountered any problems whatsoever. Since the day my site went live, there has been no downtime, no loss of speed, I have more space and bandwidth than I can ever dream of using, and from what I’ve been told, their customer support is great. But unfortunately (or unfortunately?), I’ve never had a problem to call them about.

Lunar Pages has provided me with nothing but the best. For all the reasons that one could move to Lunar Pages, (awesome service, tons of software, intuitive control panel) the one that did it for me was their above and beyond customer service. Certain scripts were not working as intended, so I called up and my call was answered in less than 15 minutes. I talked to a very kind and skilled technician (I’m also glad he was patient, I’m not the most knowledgeable person when it comes to this stuff) who guided me through the process of reinstalling the scripts. After that, he gave me his extension and told me to call him back if I had any other problems. I have never had a host who has been more accommodating with me than Lunar Pages. With the confidence I have in them I can dedicate more time to my customers and less time to dealing with web site issues.

Long time Lunar Page user here, I have to say that through the years, Lunar Pages has to be the best host out there today. From reliable server, to stupendous customer support, Lunar Pages beats out all of its competitors. I’ve tried the other “highly-rated” hosts, and they don’t even come close. Whenever some one asks me to recommend a host I insist that they go to Lunar Pages. They have a variety of plans to suit any need, whether it be standard web hosting, business hosting, reseller hosting, even online gaming. Best of all each plan is cost effective based on your demands, and the service is reliable, quick, and professional. The servers themselves are top of the line as well. I have experienced virtually no downtime and any problem I’ve ever had has been easily resolved in less than a day by one of their skilled technicians. Combine this with all the features and software they offer and you’ve got a great deal.

I have been using Lunar Pages for over 8 months now, and I can say I have never received better performance or service. I have had no downtime, my site has never been slow, nor have I received complaints about speed or performance from my visitors. Not only are their servers incredibly reliable, but they have top-notch customer support as well. I’ve run into problems configuring some SQL database and PHP functions, and if I couldn’t find the answer on their online forum community, I called their support line. They have solved my problems every time. They also have an on-site glossary and knowledge data base to help with any questions. Lunar Pages also offers online tutorials which are easily the number one most helpful feature I’ve seen. Their control panel is very straightforward and easy to use. You don’t need any sort of training or even be very tech savvy. Reliability, excellent support, and great service, all of which I associate with my experience at Lunar Pages.
